Radisson Ordu is a true gem! The location offers mesmerizing panoramic city views that take your breath away. The front desk personnel were incredibly welcoming, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The breakfast spread was delicious and catered to various preferences. The hotel's overall appeal, coupled with its stylish decor and grand lobby, exuded elegance. The spa facilities were exceptional, and the pool area provided a perfect escape. Perfect location average food. Menu have a lot of choices however several items are not available. The food quality was just average. The items we ordered arriced quickly and service staff was polite. However the food was bland and not tasteful. We ırdered several tosts, sandwiches and meat dishes and not impressed by any one of them. For this prime location and higher class hotel for this area, we would expect better food.

I went on a Sunday evening, just for dinner. It’s location on top of the mountain gives it beautiful views on the sea and the city center. I ordered two kind of hot appetizers. One was delicious (but still cool inside) the other wasn’t good. I think the food wasn’t good enough is because of the lack of customers. The restaurant was empty. prices similar to the most of the restaurants. you can reaching by rather talfreek which runs until 11:30 pm or by taxi.

The location is beautiful above the mountains and far from the city center. Staff are friendly, but the food is limited and The buffet is open without safety precautions like other hotels, unfortunately all visitors touching the eating equipment without the help of the staff
